Santa Maria 8/22/08

The fruit is starting to increase in size with counts on the one pounders ranging from 21-23. Our weather is still mid 50's at night and mid 70's during the day. Volume is starting to decrease slightly and will continue to do so as we get into the fall season.

Weather has been mild with daytime temps in the low to mid 70's and nighttime temps in the low to mid 50's. The plants are looking refreshed and have a lot of green fruit on them which will be ready to pick in the next two weeks.
